Corporate Packages need to be booked at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the date of the event
Deposit Policy: A 100% deposit will be charged to confirm and block out the date of the event Cancellation Policy: Should a cancellation occur within 7 or fewer days prior to your date, 100% cancellation will be applied.
Venue Closing Time: The venue will close at 17h00. Exceeding these closing times will result in an additional dee of R1000 per hour, thereafter.
Suppliers & Hiring: All hired equipment for the event needs to be collected the day after. In the event that this falls on a Sunday, collection may take place on Monday. Please arrange this accordingly.
Breakages: All breakages or damages of any kind will be for the client's account.
Site Inspections & Venue Viewings: The venue can be viewed by appointment only Mon - Saturday; 09h00 - 15h00
